About Us
The Levante Group was founded by Dr. Fuat Mehmetoglu in 1984. The Group began its business activities launching the first Levantes Restaurant in Vienna, Austria, featuring original Eastern Mediterranean cuisine. The success of the first Levantes led to the opening of further locations in Europe and USA. The Group successfully expanded its activities also in to other areas of hospitality, such as Hotels and Corporate Housing. The headquarters of the European operation is in Vienna, Austria and for North America is in Washington DC.
